Folks, there comes a point when you have to ask a serious question. When does an online disagreement stop being just an argument and become something that deserves a closer look by law enforcement?
I’m asking that question because of two older recordings I attribute to Terry Caldwell, along with a new, timestamped StreamYard chat export from my October 12, 2026 JAW GA News livestream. And before anybody starts claiming this is just another internet feud, I’m going to explain what the evidence actually shows, what I am alleging, and what we still cannot prove.
This report concerns conduct directed at me personally. I’m Rev. Joseph Allen Wolfe, founder and editor-in-chief of JAW GA News. Readers deserve to know that connection up front. I am presenting a first-person account supported by the materials described below, not pretending to be a detached observer of my own dispute.
THE FIRST RECORDING: A PHONE CALL TO A BUSINESS NEAR MY HOME
In an older recording that I believe dates to approximately 2023, a caller contacts 1st Choice Stores, a business several blocks from my Nashville, Georgia home. The caller asks whether I am there, describes my cigarette purchases and walking habits, makes a serious accusation that I groom children on TikTok, and asks about putting up warning posters at the business.
I deny that accusation. The transcript of the call provides no evidence supporting it.
Now, I can accept criticism. People can disagree with what I say, how I broadcast, or what I publish. But contacting a business in somebody’s neighborhood, discussing where that person goes, and asking about posters containing serious accusations is a different matter entirely. Why involve a neighborhood store in a YouTube dispute? That’s a fair question, and I’m asking it.
I attribute the recording to Terry Caldwell, but that identification and the recording’s original date require independent authentication before they should be treated as conclusively established.
THE SECOND RECORDING: A DEMAND LINKED TO SSI
A separate older livestream recording, also attributed by me to Caldwell, includes the speaker encouraging viewers to direct people to other accounts containing material about me. The speaker says, “I’m gonna expose you every turn I can, Joe,” and suggests that the targeting could continue for 20 years.
Then comes the statement that caught my attention: “You better get a job and get off SSI, you mooch. That’s when it will stop.”
Think about what is being said there. The speaker is connecting an expressed intention to keep publicly targeting me with a demand about my employment and disability benefits. The statement is not an explicit threat of physical violence, but it is a specific statement about continuing a campaign until a condition is met.
My eligibility for SSI is not determined by somebody on YouTube. Whatever people think about my income or disability, neither gives them authority over my benefits. And whether the law has been violated is something to investigate, not something for me to declare from behind a microphone.
OCTOBER 12, 2026: THE TIMESTAMPED CHAT RECORD
During my latest JAW GA News broadcast, which I ended shortly before the three-hour mark, viewers posted comments through YouTube and StreamYard. Afterward, I exported the chat. That file contains 37 timestamped entries spanning 6:48:35 PM to 9:26:46 PM. The export identifies the displayed account names and exact message times; it does not reveal the real-world identities of anonymous users or establish that different accounts belong to the same person.
Several comments repeated the same message heard in the older SSI-related recording:
- 7:06:22 PM, @buckwheat-m4e: “Get a job mooch”
- 7:12:51 PM, @shantiqueesha: “Get a job Mooch”
- 7:14:09 PM, @raoulmoat3959: “Get a Job MOOCH”
- 8:50:24 PM, @TrollKilla-666: “Get a job ya mooch”
Does similar wording prove that Caldwell owns these accounts or instructed them to post? No. But it does establish that multiple accounts used substantially the same employment-related insult, and the resemblance to the older recorded demand is worth documenting.
At 7:33:39 PM, @navinsworldorder2061 asked why I was back on YouTube. At 7:34:36 PM, @TrollKilla-666 wrote, “Stop bullying tc? stay off the tubes!” The following minutes brought comments of greater concern.
REFERENCES TO MY DAUGHTER AND TO COLORADO
At 7:36:15 PM, @TrollKilla-666 posted: “I’ll say hi to destiny.” Destiny is my daughter. I cannot tell from that message alone whether the person actually intended to contact her, but I believe references to a family member deserve to be taken seriously and preserved exactly.
At 7:38:06 PM, @RockyMountainANTIFA wrote: “Dont make us come for you coward . You are not far a Reach from Colorado”.
Six minutes later, at 7:44:30 PM, @SawedOffCocksman wrote: “Just remember what you are doing, Colorado is closer than you think”.
Those are the exact statements in the export. They do not identify who operates the accounts, and they do not prove that anybody was traveling to Georgia. But the apparent suggestion of an in-person confrontation is a legitimate safety concern. I’m not going to rewrite the words to make them worse. I’m going to preserve them as they were posted.
THE ACCOUNT SHOWN ON SCREEN
Two screenshots from the livestream show @skorpiosmaximus posting “we aren’t taking your bullying anymore TC” and “leave my brother alone,” both at approximately 6:50 PM. I believe that account may be a sock account associated with Caldwell. That is my allegation, not a verified finding. In fact, the wording of those two comments appears to defend me on its face, which is another reason not to draw conclusions about who typed them without additional proof.
QUESTIONS FOR THE NASHVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT
I maintain that Nashville Police Department Officer Kenta West was aware of the earlier incident approximately three years ago. I also have concerns about a more recent interaction with West, including what I understand were remarks to another officer about wanting to arrest me. Those are my accounts of the events; this article does not independently verify what West said, the context of any remark, or the department’s position.
That brings me to the questions I believe the Nashville Police Department in Nashville, Georgia should answer. What information was documented when I first raised these concerns? Were the older recordings reviewed? What standard does the department use when assessing electronic harassment complaints involving repeated communications, third-party contacts, and statements that could be perceived as intimidation? And what records exist concerning my more recent interactions with Officer West?
I’m not asking the police to arrest somebody because I dislike what they said about me. I am asking for an evidence-based review and a clear explanation of how these complaints were handled. Those are not unreasonable requests.
WHAT GEORGIA LAW ACTUALLY SAYS
O.C.G.A. § 16-5-90 addresses stalking. It includes certain forms of unwanted contact and electronic communication, but it also requires a knowing and willful course of conduct meeting the law’s definition of harassing and intimidating behavior, including reasonable fear for personal or immediate-family safety. Not every offensive online comment meets that standard.
O.C.G.A. § 16-11-39.1 addresses certain repeated electronic communications intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate, as well as threats of bodily harm. The statute also protects constitutionally protected speech.
O.C.G.A. § 51-5-1 concerns libel, while O.C.G.A. § 51-5-4 concerns slander. Whether any particular accusation qualifies as actionable defamation depends on its wording, publication, falsity, applicable legal standards, and other circumstances. A nasty opinion is not automatically defamation.
One additional issue matters here: O.C.G.A. § 9-3-33 generally allows one year for civil claims involving injury to reputation. Recordings from around 2023 may still be relevant background evidence without necessarily supporting a timely new defamation claim based on their original publication.
These statutes are provided for public understanding. Their relevance is not a finding that any named person has violated them.
THE CIVIL DISPUTE AND THE RIGHT TO ANSWER ACCUSATIONS
I also dispute civil claims that Caldwell has raised or threatened against me. I intend to respond through lawful channels and preserve the recordings and broadcasts relevant to that dispute. We have not presented an authenticated complaint, docket, or court ruling in this article, so readers should not mistake my position for a judicial finding about the merits of any lawsuit.
Let me be clear. I will not declare somebody guilty because I am angry, and I do not expect anyone else to be declared guilty without evidence. But I will not pretend these words were never spoken, these comments were never posted, or these questions do not deserve answers.
WHAT IS VERIFIED, AND WHAT IS STILL UNRESOLVED
The October 12 chat export records 37 messages with timestamps and displayed account names. The two screenshots show the @skorpiosmaximus comments appearing on screen. The older recording transcripts preserve the statements described above, as provided to this newsroom.
We have not independently authenticated the older recordings’ dates, established who controls anonymous YouTube accounts, demonstrated coordination among commenters, verified any actual approach from Colorado, or obtained an independent account from Caldwell, Officer West, or the Nashville Police Department for this report. Those limitations matter.
JAW GA News welcomes documented responses, corrections, original recordings, records, and other verifiable information from anyone directly involved. Responses supported by evidence will be reviewed and, where appropriate, reflected in updates.
And to those who keep confusing journalism with silence, here’s the difference: I do not get to choose the facts, and neither do you. We document what happened, identify what we cannot yet prove, and keep asking the questions.
People. Facts. Accountability.
Editorial disclosure and evidence note: This article was prepared from the newsroom founder’s account, two user-supplied transcripts of older recordings, the October 12, 2026 StreamYard chat text export, and two on-screen screenshots. Times in the export are reproduced as recorded; its timezone has not been independently verified. The article is a preliminary evidence review, not a finding of criminal or civil liability.
